More
on gun control?
I
read your magazine with great interest because of the top-notch
articles that are presented. In the past I remember terrific articles
on the possible future advances in the treatment of diabetes and
almost heroic efforts of alumni in business and activities to
benefit society. I found one item from the October/00 University
of Chicago Magazine almost too incredible to believe ("More
gun control," page 11). It seems that a survey was conducted with
some astonishing results with regards to how Americans feel about
gun control. Is there a chance to see what questions were asked
on the survey and in general what areas of the country were represented?
Keep
up the good work in keeping the alumni informed about all that
seems to go on in our country and the world.
