Some of my favorites include prohibiting corrections officials from shackling women during labor and childbirth, requiring unsolicited commercial e--mail solicitations to identify themselves, establishing pilot programs to beef up training for welfare recipients on their way to the world of work, and requiring parents to keep firearms unloaded and out of the reach of children." Keep up the great work, Barbara; those of us in your district are pleased to have you represent us. As 1999 moves to its end, we wish you a healthy, happy 2000 and hope that all of us last longer than New Dorm, which is to be razed in the millennium. Don't let the Y2K bug bite.
