Model U.N. in a league of its own

The University's Model U.N. team has a winning dynasty to rival the Chicago Bulls or the U of C economics department. Since its start-up eight years ago, the team has dominated the Model U.N. circuit, winning team and individual awards virtually nonstop at top conferences at Harvard, Penn, and Georgetown.

This fall was no exception, as the College students took top honors at a Yale invitational. In the competitions, students play the role of delegates who, through debate and negotiation, try to pass resolutions on international issues.
