And the winning PowerPoint is…

Challenged to answer one of the College’s quirky essay questions while simultaneously following the GSB’s new requirement that its applicants submit a PowerPoint presentation, the Magazine’s readers, or at least the more techno-savvy, responded.

Using no more than four slides, contestants incorporated the University of Chicago, the last line of Ulysses, and four items on a list that included a paper airplane, a No. 2  pencil, and the Periodic Table. Emily Moss, a second-year potential English major from Lexington, Massachusetts, won the $500 prize and a place in print.
