College Council votes to revise undergraduate curriculum   More than ten years after the last review, the College voted on March 10 to revise the undergraduate curriculum. College tuition increases by smallest amount in 30 years   The price of a College term will increase by only 2.74 percent in 1998-99--the smallest increase in three decades. Faculty group approves committee report on expanding the College.   The 51-member Council of the University Senate gathered in March to vote on the report of the Faculty Committe for a Year of Reflection.
