A look back through the Magazine

PHOTO

Robert Mitchell, MFA’91, created the 6 x 6–foot multi-media piece Untitled (Kennedy). On display this past May and June at Louisville’s Zephyr Gallery, it shows America’s 35th president wearing a patchwork-leather mask. For his Iconic Males exhibit, Mitchell tried to give images of prominent figures “new life, new meaning.” See “Iconic Art.”
